Renew and reinvigorate the artist and place the focus of the art form back onto the artist. We love Philadelphia and the endless possibilities that exist from being in one of the largest cities in the USA. Philadelphia currently conducts several large film events in Pennsylvania- the Philadelphia Film Festival and the Philadelphia International Gay & Lesbian Film Festival. We are different. We are unique, unique in the sense that the focus isn't on a entity or an individual but the craft of film making and those that pursue this dream.
It is our goal to expand and push every existing boundaries as we invite artist from near and far to partake in this grand experiment. However, in order to provide a more knowledge based film festival we will need your valuable input and much needed consideration. By partaking in the process, it will allow each artist to network and expand each and every endless opportunities for creative enrichment. Consequently a film festival of this magnitude will allow all interested parties involved in this art form to come away with a better and more enriching appreciation of the art and business of film making.
